New Cancellation policy
a      All Payment dates is set 7 days before the event
b     Refunds will be issued (minus the website handling fee)
        if the cancellation is before the payment date
c     After the payment date, it is the rider’s responsibility to
        fill the place and receive payment from the replacement rider
d     The Riding Club will not issue refunds after the closing date
f      Late entries will be accepted if places are available, but no
        refunds will be issued.
